Refund Terms If the request is made within 7 days of paying the first installment, the amount paid will be refunded in full (100%), in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC). Cancellation requests made through unofficial channels may not be answered; in any case, they will not be processed, prioritized or moved ahead of requests made through the official channels. Upon requesting cancellation, postgraduate students lose their rights as active students and alumni of the institution, in accordance with the Postgraduate Regulations, and must comply with the rules, deadlines and conditions for obtaining documents, as well as the Academic Office service fees. In the event of violations of internal rules, the postgraduate student may no longer be accepted as a student, nor at events held by this institution.
