Online courses are taught through distance learning (EAD). The video classes are available in the student portal, where you can access modules, activities and support materials.

After your online course payment is confirmed, you will receive an email within 48 hours with your login and password. After logging in to the platform, you will need to “ACCEPT” the contract available in the portal. Once your login is active, all of your course content will be available.
Access to each online course lasts 365 days. Days are counted from the moment portal access is made available, even if the student does not start watching classes right away.
Once the term of the purchased course ends, access expires and no extension is granted.
Online courses can be taken by anyone as far as knowledge level goes. However, we suggest you contact your professional council to check the requirements and legality for performing minimally invasive, non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
The knowledge and digital certification obtained from the online course alone do not authorize any professional, whether in healthcare or not, to work as an aesthetician.
The digital certificate is a document valid throughout Brazil, with a verification QR code, that proves the professional's qualification. After you finish the course, the digital certificate becomes available automatically in the student portal for download.
Certificates are issued by FAPUGA (Faculdade Ana Carolina Puga), the higher education institution (IES) that runs Nepuga (Núcleo de Especialização Ana Carolina Puga) and is accredited by Brazil's MEC (Ministry of Education). Certificates for Nepuga's open (online) courses are University Extension Certificates, valid both in the professional market and as complementary activity in undergraduate programs, in accordance with MEC regulations.
If you withdraw within 7 (seven) days after the payment date of the first enrollment installment, you receive a 100% refund (full amount). To request cancellation, log in to the student portal, go to the requests tab and select the cancellation option.
After this period, the enrollment fee is not refundable under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC) and you are subject to contractual penalties. Always pay attention to your contract.
