Sole paragraph. Authorization to use image and voice does not imply a transfer of authorship or of the economic rights in the scientific or teaching content presented.
Art. 25-G. The use of an artificial intelligence platform or system does not transfer to the scholarship recipient or to the Institution ownership of the model, software, or platform used, the rights to which shall remain with the respective provider or owner.

§ 6 Supervening budget unavailability shall not authorize the arbitrary cancellation of a scholarship already awarded, and any measure shall observe the cases, procedures, and transition rules provided for in these Regulations.

§ 3 It is prohibited to change the criteria for selection, ranking, or elimination after registration has closed, except by legal mandate, correction of a clerical error, or a duly reasoned exceptional situation, with equal treatment of candidates preserved.
Art. 29 These Regulations may be amended by act of the Academic Directorate, observing the principles of publicity, transparency, justification, and legal certainty.
§ 1 Amendments shall not have retroactive effect on scholarships already awarded, unless more favorable to the scholarship recipient or required by mandatory legal change.
§ 2 Provisions that create new requirements, obligations, or grounds for cancellation shall apply to scholarships awarded after they take effect and to subsequent renewals, except where required by mandatory law.
§ 3 Whenever possible, amendments that affect scholarships in force shall be accompanied by transition rules.
