With more than 30 years of experience and a career intertwined with the history of Nepuga itself, Dr. Stella Lobão is one of the leading names in Aesthetic Biomedicine in Brazil. She was alongside Dr. Ana Carolina Puga from the very first classes, actively contributing to the creation of the country's pioneering Aesthetic Health courses.

Passionate about teaching and about developing new professionals, Dr. Stella has trained more than 45,000 specialists, including biomedical professionals, nurses, pharmacists, biologists, physiotherapists and estheticians. For many, she is more than a teacher: she is a living inspiration, a mentor and an example of technical and human generosity.

With a watchful eye, active listening and extensive clinical experience, she has closely followed the progress of thousands of students, from their first injection to the most complex procedures. Many of her former students now hold leadership positions, coordinate courses and run clinics, keeping alive the ethical and educational legacy she helped build.

She currently continues to serve as Technical Director at Nepuga's partner campuses, ensuring that every new specialist receives solid, safe training aligned with the institution's values.

With 28 years dedicated to teaching, Dr. Odair José Gaspar is a leader in training health professionals, combining deep technical knowledge with hands-on experience in Aesthetic, Clinical, Hospital and Compounding Pharmacy. He has taken part in the training of more than 2,500 undergraduate and postgraduate students.

His work goes beyond the classroom: he is recognized for coordinating courses with excellence, supervising internships and working directly on the development of medications, cosmetics and facial, body and hair aesthetic protocols, always with ethics, responsibility and passion for what he does.

What motivates him most is being able to serve the public with autonomy and respect. Every appointment, every class and every piece of guidance is an opportunity to promote health and well-being and to transform lives with technical commitment and human sensitivity.
