Dr. Odair José Gaspar began his career in Aesthetic Pharmacy as a student in NEPUGA's postgraduate program. During his training, he had classes directly with Dr. Ana Carolina Puga, pioneer of Biomedicine and Aesthetic Health and creator of PUGACODE®, and took part in several training sessions alongside her and the teaching team, preparing to work with safety and excellence in the field. He also specialized in Ozone Therapy at NEPUGA, further broadening his training and clinical practice.

In recognition of his dedication and competence, he was selected by Dr. Ana Carolina Puga herself to join the institution's faculty. Since then, he has taught in the postgraduate program and in hands-on courses, faithfully passing on the values and methodologies he learned from his mentor.
