*This extension course in ozone therapy for physicians is exclusive and can only be offered and certified by a higher education institution (IES) accredited by Brazil's MEC (Ministry of Education), in accordance with CNE/CES Resolution No. 7 of December 18, 2018 and MEC Ordinance No. 544 of June 16, 2020.
For Physicians, with this OZONE THERAPY COURSE for Physicians from Nepuga/FAPUGA, you earn the CERTIFICATION required to work as a Therapist in Ozone Therapy as authorized by the Ministry of Health, since “the exercise of any work, trade or profession is free, subject to the professional qualifications that the law may establish” (art. 5, item XIII, of the Constitution, emphasis ours). The constitutional rule is the freedom to exercise any work, trade or profession.
For Medical Students it is possible to start working immediately as an Ozone Therapist, beginning to earn money during medical school, under MS Ordinance No. 702 of March 21, 2018. Yes, that's right! For now, you don't need to graduate or have a professional council license to work as an Ozone Therapist!
