“I am a biomedical professional specializing in advanced aesthetics, and since college I have always been passionate about aesthetics. Aesthetic Biomedicine came as a turning point in my life.”
Dr. Arleyr Batista holds a postgraduate degree in Aesthetic Biomedicine, and during the program she became certain that her passion was aesthetics, finishing the program full of plans for the future. Dr. Batista says: “This year I had the wonderful opportunity to start my postgraduate program in the city of Juiz de Fora – MG, a city very close to where I live. Today I am a NEPUGA student on the path to success in every sense. With a heart full of dreams and life plans.”
Like most of our aesthetics students, Dr. Arleyr wants to start her own business in the field. Technical knowledge alone is not enough, which is why Nepuga/FAPUGA aims to prepare students fully for the job market out there.
“I started investing in my future right away, and even during the program I was already setting up my space to improve my knowledge and practice all the techniques we are permitted to perform.”

Today Dr. Arleyr has her own advanced aesthetics clinic, specializing in the treatment of microvessels. A reference for successful results, in a short time the clinic has already opened a second location in the city of Leopoldina-MG.
The alumna shares her happiness about her professional progress: “How proud I am to open the 2nd location in my hometown today. How proud I am to be the city's 1st advanced aesthetics and health clinic. All I can do is GIVE THANKS and say I DID IT.”

“More than a dream come true, it is a LIFE PROJECT! A project that 10, 11 years ago was so far from my reality. How did I do it? 1st, I dreamed; 2nd, I envisioned it (even if only in my heart) I PLANNED WHAT I WANTED FOR MY LIFE; 3rd, I fought, I worked hard, I gave of myself, I made what I wanted a PRIORITY and did not allow myself to get discouraged. I did not allow myself to stop believing in myself and in how capable I was. The fruits of the seeds we sow are not harvested right away. It takes time.”
