Camila Conde Rodrigues is a vibrant example of positive restlessness and a constant search for growth. Trained in Radiology and Biomedicine, she is now finishing her specialization in Aesthetic Biomedicine, a field where she found her love of health united with the appreciation of beauty and well-being, and she discovered Aesthetics as a quality-of-life tool.
From an early age, Camila knew her path would be tied to caring for others. Her career in healthcare led her to see, with sensitivity and foresight, the immense potential of aesthetics as a quality-of-life tool. “Life expectancy increases every day, and we need to do something to stay younger,”she often reflects.
For her, aesthetics is more than appearance: it is a smart way to manage aging with health, self-esteem, and lightness.
The weight of Dr. Ana Carolina's name
It was with this curious and committed outlook that she looked for an educational institution up to her ambitions. When she found the specialization led by Dr. Ana Carolina Puga, recognized as one of the pioneers of Aesthetic Biomedicine in Brazil, Camila felt she had found the right place.
The weight of Dr. Ana Carolina's name, combined with the institution's robust teaching approach, was decisive in her choice. She wanted not only to learn, but to be trained with excellence, guided by the best.
Always very dedicated, Camila understands that success in the field requires more than talent or vocation: it requires discipline and preparation. For her, the hybrid teaching model, which combines online theory classes and in-person hands-on classes, is a valuable opportunity, but it requires maturity. “You can't show up to the hands-on class without having read the material or watched the classes. Theoretical grounding is what lets us truly make the most of the practice,”she says with conviction.
She believes the student is one of the main pillars of the teaching process. For Camila, it is not enough to have good teachers and good facilities if the student does not do their part. “The institution is always ready to help us, the professors are accessible and encourage learning, but it is the student who needs to bring questions to the classroom. That's how you learn, that's how you grow,”she emphasizes.

Although she already had an established career in healthcare, Camila felt a special calling toward aesthetics after age 30, something that, according to her, happens to many people. “It's a stage of life when we start looking at ourselves more closely, wanting to take better care of our appearance and our well-being. And aesthetics came to me as a natural path within healthcare, but with new possibilities for practice.”
Today, she devotes herself intensely to her development. Every class, every module, and every simulated appointment are, for Camila, steps in building a dream: to become an authority in aesthetics, a reference for her future patients and, who knows, an inspiration for other professionals in training. Her goal is clear: to be excellent in everything she does, with maximum dedication and a continuous thirst for learning.
“Only then do we feel ready to treat patients with autonomy”
Even in the face of challenges, such as nervousness in crowded rooms during hands-on practice or the demand of keeping up an intense study routine, she does not back down. On the contrary: she sees in every challenge an opportunity to grow. “We need these experiences to gain confidence. Only then will we feel ready to treat patients with autonomy,”she explains. For her, the initial discomfort is part of the development process, and it is worth it.

Camila firmly believes that aesthetics is a universe in constant motion. New technologies, new protocols, and new approaches appear all the time. That is why it is not enough to finish the postgraduate program: you have to keep learning, updating, and reinventing yourself. “What sets a good professional apart is always looking to improve. Growth cannot stop,”she declares.
In Aesthetic Health, a purpose
More than a career, Camila found a purpose in aesthetics. Her dream goes beyond clinical practice: in the future, she wants to pass on everything she has learned. She wants to share her knowledge, inspire new students, and help turn aesthetics into an increasingly serious, respected, and promising field.
Today, she sees the specialization as the first step. A firm, conscious, and passionate step toward a new phase of her professional life. With a solid foundation built on knowledge and practice, Camila is ready to fly higher.
Her restless outlook and constant pursuit of excellence show that she did not come only to work in aesthetics, she came to leave her mark. And if it depends on her dedication, focus, and love for what she does, the future holds great achievements.
