Step by step to becoming a model patient!
- Sign up on the website, pay the evaluation fee, and schedule your appointment according to the available days and times, at the unit closest to you!
- After you schedule, one of our team members will contact you to confirm whether you want the evaluation to be online or in person, depending on what you booked.
- After your evaluation, you receive a quote covering all the recommended procedures, with the evaluation fee deducted.
- Once the service is confirmed, you receive all the instructions for your long-awaited procedure.
