After so much dedication to your studies, the question comes: how do you issue your Nepuga Postgraduate Certificate?
The certificate of completion of a course or specialization is like a trophy for the student. Especially in the field of aesthetics and integrative health, the qualification is the starting point for professional certification and practice.
That is why, in this article, we will show you how certificate issuance works here at Nepuga/FAPUGA.
Issuing the Nepuga Postgraduate Certificate
Nepuga/FAPUGA course certificates are digital, so our students can issue their certificate directly in the student portal.
The document is valid nationwide, with a QR code that anyone or any agency can scan to verify and validate your professional qualification.
To make this process easier, you don't need to open any request. After you complete the course, the digital certificate becomes available automatically in the student portal. This way, you can download the digital file quickly. Watch the tutorial we prepared to guide you through this process:
How does the Nepuga postgraduate micro-certificate work?
For each subject in the postgraduate program, a digital micro-certificate is released, issued by Nepuga/FAPUGA, which is a higher education institution accredited by Brazil's MEC (Ministry of Education).
That is why each micro-certificate has the value of a university extension course, in accordance with CNE/CES Resolution No. 7 of December 18, 2018.
These certifications therefore offer several benefits: you can use them to count hours of hands-on activities, prove course load in specific subjects, validate experience for Public Examinations, your Lattes CV (Brazil's academic CV platform), your professional council (Brazilian professional council) and Health Surveillance, and even earn extra points when applying for scholarships at national and international institutions.
This way, students can use the micro-certificates in a variety of ways while finishing their postgraduate program, and in addition to holding the specialist title, they will also have several certificates that give the professional more prestige.
What is the deadline to issue my Nepuga postgraduate certificate?
Students who want the printed specialization certificate, must pay a fee for its issuance and shipping.
Currently, the average time to issue and deliver the Certificates of Course Completion for Lato Sensu Postgraduate Programs printed is up to 45 days, and up to 180 days.
The turnaround for the scanned Course Completion Statement, on the other hand, is much faster: up to 2 days.
That is why our students have been using this scanned Course Completion Statement to start the process of obtaining their professional licenses, but it is important to stress that this depends on each council and region.
In both cases, whether it is the Course Completion certificate for Lato Sensu Postgraduate Programs or the scanned course completion statement, you must have completed and passed all subjects, wait for all your grades to be posted on the portal, and have submitted all of your documentation, requested at the time of enrollment.
Despite the bureaucratic steps, at the end of the process you will have your specialist certificate issued by Nepuga/FAPUGA in your hands, ready to be framed and hung on the wall of your office.
