The HR team was responsible for bringing this atmosphere to every department at our headquarters in Ribeirão Preto. All the rooms got special decorations so that everyone could get into the spirit before the day of our Festa Junina.
“Events that bring the festa junina spirit into the company promote good relationships among employees. They foster integration between teams and supervisors, bringing some fun into the work environment,”says Pamella P., head of Nepuga's Human Resources department.
