Nepuga’s specializations in Aesthetics include 16 courses, divided into four modules to be studied over the 11 months of the program. Of those courses, 12 have theoretical and hands-oncontent, and four are online (distance learning), with theory only.
To pass each course, postgraduate students must earn a grade of 7 or higher, the average set by the institution. However, there are some differences in how the final average is calculated for each of the formats mentioned above. Read on and get your questions answered!
Understand how to calculate your final grade at Nepuga
The 12 courses that include both theoretical and hands-on content have assessments and grades for each format. To pass, you need to combine the two grades using the formula below:
Theory grade + hands-on grade = grade/2 = final average.
To better understand the final grade at Nepuga, let’s work through an example!
You got a 7 in theory and your grade in the hands-on classes was 7; the next step is to add those two grades (14) and then divide the total by 2, which gives 7. So your final grade for the course was 7, you are within the average, and you passed.
Make sure you have fulfilled all the theoretical and hands-on requirements within each course, since you must have both grades for the final average to be calculated.
As for the final grade in the other 4 online courses, which include only theoretical content, you will have only the theory grade, and that will be your final average for that course.
