Giving Life Back Through Aesthetics: Aesthetic Biomedical Professional Keeps Innovating to Offer Patients the Best Treatments

The most common message among aesthetic professionals is to promote the best care and provide quality of life and well-being to their patients. For that, it is necessary to always stay up to date with market trends. Cláudia’s story lives up to the phrase “Giving life back through aesthetics,” and that is why she is earning yet another specialization in order to deliver treatments worthy of her dedication to her patients.

Cláudia Roberta’s résumé is full of qualifications. A biomedical professional and biologist, she has also taken Aesthetics courses, teaches students preparing for public-service exams and holds several other specializations. Always updating herself and looking for new references, she says she has never stopped studying.

Currently, Cláudia is doing the specialization in ozone therapy and is happy with the content. She believes it will be one more treatment to offer her patients and trusts the results. With an integrative treatment, she can improve her skills and keep bringing joy and well-being to the people who seek her out, and satisfy every wish of her patients safely and effectively.

Academic Life and the Passion for Aesthetics

Cláudia began her path in health with a degree in Biology. Soon after, she became a teacher in preparatory courses for public-service exams. She says she has always carried the desire to care for people and that, during classes for health professionals, including some nurses, the desire to move into aesthetics was awakened in her.

Another of Dr. Cláudia’s degrees is in Biomedicine. Cláudia fell in love with health care and, in aesthetics, she came into contact with skin procedures and was captivated. Biomedicine and biology contribute to her entry into the world of aesthetics.

“When I finished some complementary aesthetics courses, I did Biomedicine, because I felt limited in some procedures. We couldn’t perform injectable procedures, for example; with biomedicine I could do everything I like.”

She had previously completed the specialization in facial and body harmonization, and her passion kept growing; thinking about offering the best procedures to her patients, she never stopped studying. She is currently specializing in ozone therapy, in order to provide integrative treatments.

Interacting with Professionals During the Clinical Immersions

Cláudia became interested in ozone therapy because of the number of benefits the treatment can offer patients, and she believes that being able to share this procedure, combined with others in aesthetics, is a meaningful alliance for professionals in the field.

“Even if you are active day to day, you need to keep updating yourself. Something new always comes up. I think knowledge doesn’t take up space. That’s why the clinical immersions are important, because here we are always in contact with other professionals. When I finish this postgraduate program, I’m already thinking about another one, always adding, always accumulating.”

“I finished some courses and soon wanted to do this specialization in ozone therapy. I was delighted by the number of benefits it can bring to the population, both for prevention and for treating health conditions.”

For Cláudia, the fact that the clinical immersions bring together professionals from different health fields is an advantage: after all, being surrounded by experienced people with diverse skills helps you pick up new trends and ways of providing care.

“Every patient is unique. They come to our office with individual situations, with specific complaints, and contact with my classmates makes me see a different way of treating these people. These are experiences we share that leave us better prepared to face the situations of our daily work.”

Day-to-day situations that happen both in her private office and in other clinics, since Cláudia owns a space and also provides services at other locations. To enhance these appointments and offer new treatments, she believes ozone therapy will meet that need.

“Giving Life Back Through Aesthetics.” Aesthetic Professionals Are Agents of Transformation

The market in Rio de Janeiro is quite competitive and, according to her, it is important to stay alert to new developments and be confident in what you are doing; after all, she has clients who have been with her for over a decade and she feels that this loyalty is due to her competence and confidence in performing procedures.

“In Rio (de Janeiro), the market is extremely competitive. It’s important to know very well what you’re doing. Sometimes a patient comes to the office wanting a procedure that isn’t right for them at that moment. That’s why it’s essential to have training and know what to say in those situations. Not just do a treatment that won’t work and leave the patient dissatisfied down the road, but truly help them reach their best version.”

“I believe that’s why I have patients who have been with me for many years. Because of professionalism and training. With ozone therapy I’ll be able to help them even more with an integrative treatment and give life back to them through aesthetics.”

Cláudia is grateful to be an agent of transformation in her patients’ lives and believes she can go even further, because upon completing one more specialization, she has already confessed to us that she will go looking for more.

“It’s gratifying to see the satisfaction on each patient’s face, so I don’t intend to stop here. I will always be studying and delivering a quality service to every person who trusts me.”
