“The online classes had very good professors, but the mix of health fields ends up hurting the flow of the class a bit. The hands-on classes are very confusing with this mix of people from all “levels” of the postgraduate program, and they don't end up being as productive as they should.” – Camila S. Multidisciplinary environments are enriching because, in addition to the natural exchange of networking, many Nepuga students form long-lasting partnerships for their professional lives; in other words, they leave the postgraduate program and open clinics and thriving businesses with classmates from another profession.

Hello, Izabel. Our hands-on classes take place from Wednesday to Sunday by prior appointment at all Nepuga units. What happens is that weekends, Saturday and Sunday, are highly sought-after days for scheduling. Students usually wait for the schedule to open and book together with other classmates in the postgraduate program. Keep an eye on the dates in your portal.

Hello, Flavia. Nepuga students have a VIP WhatsApp channel for support, whether for Student Support, Academic Registrar, Finance, or even Cancellation, with a minimum wait of up to 24 hours, something few higher education institutions offer, since many only handle student requests through forms on the corresponding portal.

Responding to student requests and demands

1 – In November, more campuses were opened for scheduling hands-on classes in Londrina, Belém, Uberlândia, and Cuiabá. The Teaching Clinics, except São Paulo, all remain available for prior scheduling in 2021.

2 – Postgraduate students who prefer can pay the monthly specialization fees through PIX (Brazil's instant payment system), in addition to the bank slip (boleto). For more information, please contact the finance/treasury department directly via WhatsApp.

3 – In November we also held the first hands-on classes of Professor Antony Barbosa's MasterClass. Students from São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, and Rio de Janeiro were able to learn advanced practices in Body Harmonization and High Performance.

4 – Another edition of PugaCode was held in São Paulo, with 10 students who refined their Facial Harmonization techniques with the exclusive method developed by Dr. Ana Carolina Puga.

5 – The Third Edition of the Nepuga Lecture Series also began on the last day of November. With Healthy Weight Loss as its central theme, the event featured an opening by Dr. Ana Carolina Puga and five more speakers, spread over three days of presentations.

6 – To speed up the WhatsApp support channel, we improved our system so it can route Nepuga students directly to the institution's specific support centers, reducing the wait time, which is now under 24 hours.
