Weekend Full of Therapeutic Practices in the Quantum Naturopathy Postgraduate Program

After the last weekend (September 1, 2, and 3), professionals from different backgrounds and fields of training moved even closer to the specialty in Holistic Therapy through the Quantum Naturopathy Postgraduate Program.

During this intense period of hands-on experiences, everyone present had the opportunity to practice, go deeper, ask questions, and thus understand the complexity of each therapy, through practices focused on Microscopy, Radiesthesia, and Biomagnetism. Keep reading to learn a bit more about the sessions dedicated to each of these therapies.

Some of the students present already had prior contact with these therapies from their own experience, whether as patients or because they knew therapists working in these areas. They showed excitement about discovering how they could develop such skills, in addition to enriching the exchange of experiences.

Rayssa Leite is one of these students. A biomedical professional, she has frequent contact with the holistic therapies that her mother practices, and she has even benefited greatly from integrative treatments for her own health. Interviewed during the Radiesthesia session, she shares a bit about the experience:

“It has been wonderful. I really believe in energy, so I feel the energy, both from the professor, when talking about the subject, and now in practice. Because when we are in the online class it is totally different. Even though I have the aurimeter at home, I did not have the pendulum, so I was wondering whether I would be able to do it.”

And she adds: “And here, now, especially in this last exercise, where we built the pyramid, asked, and I really saw the pendulum working, it was surreal for me.”

Rayssa's mother is a nutritionist, and they already work together combining complementary therapies with nutrition. Once she graduates from the Naturopathy Postgraduate Program, Rayssa will be able to contribute even more, mainly by doing what her mother's training does not allow, such as procedures involving injectables.

Microscopy

But, speaking chronologically about the clinical immersion period, the first day was entirely devoted to bright-field and dark-field Microscopy, which is actually much more an analysis method than a therapy, but which can guide other treatments.

Microscopy consists of the microscopic analysis of blood, seeking to identify characteristic markers that may indicate points that call for attention, whether in diet, digestion, immunity, or stress levels, for example.

Unlike a complete blood count, Microscopy does not rely solely on the plain analysis of blood, nor on determining pathogens, but combines a microscopic analysis with a medical history about the patient's habits.

After a theory review, all the postgraduate students had the opportunity to practice, microscopically evaluating each other's blood.

Dr. Ana Carolina Puga was also present that day and was able to see up close how the postgraduate students' experience was going, in addition to learning a bit more about Microscopy and even taking the exam. It was a very positive exchange for everyone present.

Radiesthesia

We have already touched on one experience from the Radiesthesia session, but speaking more specifically about this therapy and the period dedicated to it in the Naturopathy Postgraduate Program, on day 2 instructor Vinicius Marcondes led a very rich class.

Focused on the analysis of energetic frequencies, identifying and measuring possible imbalances through the use of pendulums combined with charts and rulers, Radiesthesia and Radionics help both to identify those imbalances and to measure which frequencies are best for harmonizing, rebalancing the situation in different ways.

Biomagnetism

The last of the three days of hands-on sessions, on Sunday, was devoted to Biomagnetism, a practice that uses biomagnetic pairs – powerful magnets, from 1000 Gauss – and, by placing them at specific points, seeks to depolarize the body that is out of balance.

This imbalance, as explained by Ladymany Silva Paixão, the instructor in charge of the subject, is related to the body's pH:

“And when you have a pH that is out of balance, you are prone to pathogens. So, if you have a body that is very acidic, you are a gateway for fungi and bacteria; if your body is very alkaline, you are a gateway for viruses and parasites. And then you start to have a series of complications because of those pathogens.”

Ladymany also explains that the causes of an imbalance of this kind are diverse, from poor air quality or poor quality of the food we eat, to psychological and behavioral causes.

Thus, Biomagnetism uses the same points as acupuncture to position the magnets and keep them in place for as long as necessary, until the body is rebalanced, starting from pH balance.

It Is Just One Part of the Quantum Naturopathy Postgraduate Program

All of this is just a fraction of what was covered over these three days and an even smaller part of everything being developed throughout the Quantum Naturopathy Postgraduate Program, but it is already possible to get a sense of the whole range of therapeutic possibilities contained in this course.

Naturopathy comes to assist in various types of treatments and even in disease prevention, and can be combined with the different areas of health, since it is integrative and complementary.

This holistic view makes health professionals' ways of providing care even more complete, endowed with the sensitivity to understand and treat patients' needs. It has therefore been in increasing demand and gaining more space, among professionals and among patients seeking alternatives beyond the more traditional ones to treat various ailments.
