Competent, Humane, and Versatile – Daiany Garcia Says Goodbye to the Enrollment Team and Nepuga

If you're reading this article and you are one of our students and remember the name “Daiany Garcia,” we're sure you cherish the moments you spent with her. And if you're one of our current colleagues, then there's another certainty: you are privileged.

Dai, as she became known among students and coworkers, is an exemplary professional in every sense you can imagine. A colleague dearly loved by the team and highly praised for her daily service.

In fact, the one-on-one service she provided wasn't just sales support; it was genuine care. In just a few seconds of voice messages, she became the kind of friend everyone would love to have by their side. And many people got that chance.

A farewell

The tone may sound like a farewell. And it really is. But not a sad farewell, as is the case most of the time. On the contrary, this is a different kind of goodbye, one that makes us grateful for all the moments she shared with us.

And anyone who has heard her voice in a WhatsApp audio message or received her words in writing knows exactly what I'm talking about. An extremely dedicated and responsible professional who never gave up being human and empathetic.

So much so that it was not unusual for students to call or message us to thank us for the service they received from this Daiany Garcia.

And I, who worked by her side for a few months, can assure you, as you learn a little more about Dai's professional life, of one thing: her success as an enrollment advisor did not happen overnight, nor by a twist of fate.

The Daiany Garcia who joined Nepuga is not the same one who left Nepuga. She overcame barriers, learned a lot, specialized, and sought out new resources and learning until she became the exemplary professional I mentioned at the very beginning of this text.

If today we can admire her competence, it's also important to talk about the adaptability she showed during these 30 months of work. And it was our own Director who recalled this trait of Dai's, on the very day she said goodbye to the enrollment and marketing team.

The birth of Bibi

It would be one of the biggest mistakes of my life to write a farewell text for Dai without mentioning the incredible moment that happened in her life and was felt by all of us: the birth of Bibi.

During the two and a half years she was at Nepuga, Daiany fulfilled one of her biggest personal dreams: motherhood. Bianca was born, bringing even more happiness to our enrollment advisor.

A few days after that very special day, she wrote on her social media: “A beautiful little doll, an angel, the miracle of my life.”

All the success in the world

With that, I'll close this piece with two points.

First, thanking Dai for so much learning. She will certainly be missed, not only for her service, but also for the lightness she brought to work every day. Second, to say that, as Nepuga, we wish her all the success in the world.

And we mean it. Our team, like the entire Nepuga team, encourages people to change their lives, and we are immensely grateful when we have the opportunity to work alongside such incredible people, contributing to positive changes in their lives.

Dai is no longer part of Nepuga's enrollment advisor team because life presented her with new challenges. We feel happy knowing that the entrepreneurial world will find someone like Dai: competent, humane, and versatile.

In fact, that is Nepuga's main purpose: to change people's lives for the better. And with Daiany Garcia, it was no different. I'd like to put on record a big hug from the entire Nepuga team and from the thousands of students who were helped by her.

The farewell video

Oh, and if you're a student and didn't know her yet, here's a great chance. Dai recorded a farewell video and we posted it on LinkedIn. We invite you to watch the full video. But we've also brought one of the excerpts here:

“I was part of the enrollment department for two and a half years, but cycles begin and end. I leave friends here, I leave a family here. It was a pleasure to be part of this wonderful team. To be part of this wonderful company. I'm leaving with an open heart.”
