Nepuga Year-End 2021: A Moment of Togetherness and Celebration for the Team

Unlike previous years, 2021 brought many changes to Nepuga. Among the adaptations to the new reality, improvements for students, and team changes, the institution grew and showed itself to be an innovative and pioneering company in education. The Nepuga Year-End celebration is an example.

And behind all this transformation was the team of employees from all Nepuga units, including the administrative office and the institution's academic director and founder, Prof. Dr. Ana Carolina Puga. 

Reaping good fruits: Nepuga's 2021 results

With the pandemic, Nepuga had to adapt to the new reality. But all the effort of that change between 2020 and 2021 paid off greatly.

Nepuga's change in teaching model allowed many Health professionals to enter the aesthetics market. Moving from the in-person model to a hybrid one, with online classes and in-person classes, the flexibility was positive for both the institution and the students.

And inside Nepuga, the team worked hard and grew in order to offer the best to postgraduate students. With distance learning for the theoretical part, the IT (Information Technology) team worked constantly to provide support and improve students' experience in the portal.

The communications team, with its editors and audiovisual producers, worked hard in 2021 to deliver quality content. We also have other employees involved in developing and editing the teaching materials.

On the other hand, with the change in model, Nepuga expanded the registrar and sales teams to give students all the support they need, from first contact to certificate issuance.

But the entire team, from legal to the academic department, deserves recognition, because everyone's dedication produced the good fruits of 2021.

To celebrate the results and as a way of recognizing and thanking everyone for their dedication, employees at Nepuga's headquarters unit were given panettones.

And to close out the year, the headquarters team held a get-together with a secret Santa game. All employees took part, including the academic department and Nepuga's directors.

The teaching clinics, Nepuga units structured as clinics but focused on learning, also held get-togethers. 

Some units, such as São Paulo, held a more intimate get-together, with only employees and the Fapuga academic department.

Other teaching clinics, such as the one in Campinas, celebrated the end of the year with students.

Women's Day is just a reminder so that no one forgets the strength of women. After all, we are an educational institution that was founded and is still led by a woman! That is why we know the importance of preserving this history and women's struggle.

With this representation, Nepuga held Women's Week last year. What happened was a series of activities that highlighted the role of women in the market.
