Last Thursday (02), the faculty of the Administration and Hospital Management programs met to align the methodological directions to be prioritized in the bachelor's and technologist programs, as well as to spell out Fapuga's mission, vision and values, and to kick off the semester of in-person undergraduate programs in Tatuapé.
The faculty were engaged and excited to start classes on February 13 and to combine theory and practice with students, which is one of the fundamental principles of these programs: always seeking to guide students to learn and think in a practical way.
To this end, the program relies on the competence of its faculty, all of whom hold master's and/or doctoral degrees and will have first-hand knowledge to give examples with situations that help anticipate everyday issues in the future of the professionals in training.
All of this through in-person contact, which certainly makes a difference in comprehension, understanding and exchange, in programs that train students for direct employability in positions of administrative responsibility.

But this is only a brief résumé summary of the main faculty members who were present on the occasion. The experience and full training of these professionals is much more extensive and makes possible learning at the level that quality in-person education requires.
Standouts Among In-Person Undergraduate Programs in Tatuapé – Meet the Programs
Hospital Management
The Hospital Management program is a Technologist Degree lasting 8 semesters that trains highly qualified professionals to manage hospital, clinical, laboratory and even spa environments.
Professionals trained in Hospital Management are prepared to run these environments so as to handle internal activities, considering both patients and staff and finding the best ways to deal with the planning and routines specific to these places dedicated to health care.
In other words, the hospital manager has an overview of all processes, procedures, people management, materials and finances, so that professionals who deal directly with patients can handle their activities in the best possible way, without having to take on more structural planning. It is therefore a set of highly sought-after skills.
Administration
The Administration bachelor's degree lasts 8 semesters taken in person. It is a very versatile degree that prepares you to work in different areas, and not only to work for other companies but also to gain the skills to start your own business.
Among the highlights of this program are: an updated curriculum in line with market challenges and trends; no classes on Fridays, but with in-person classes that allow a distinctive exchange of experiences, both with faculty and among students.
Finally, we highlight gamified learning: a methodology that provides a broad view of the practical situations a manager may face, in a dynamic and interactive way among students.
