Here are the compliments and words of gratitude we received
Here are the students' most recurring complaints and Nepuga's responses
“Yes, I'm enjoying it! But I think there's still a lot to improve… I still feel the information within the course could be communicated better… the practical part offered at the clinics could also be improved, you know? The professionals should go through some training first, because I notice that each one speaks in a different way. I've already had three different instructors at the BH campus and each one handled the classes differently. I think Nepuga should adopt a standard for classes. But overall I did like the course, though I need to go deeper.”
Carolina D. – Belo Horizonte/MG – Class 488
Carolina, all of our professors take refresher training every six months so they can improve their teaching techniques and convey them to students as clearly as possible. In addition, our Student and Study Portal is constantly evolving, prioritizing clear and effective communication with postgraduate students.

“I think you have a lot of service demand and that, apparently, this is the only student support channel, besides email. I believe that if you split service by campus (each campus having its own WhatsApp for support), service would be faster and you wouldn't be swamped with work and people yelling at you. When you do respond, you solve things and clear up all questions. But it takes a while, right?”
Natália Z. – Canoas/RS – Class 486
Hello, Natália! Our response time is within what the institution has set. You can submit your requests through a formal request and through our WhatsApp message center. We are available to clear up all students' questions, serving everyone.

“So, I liked the practical classes, the instructor is dedicated and helps us a lot. However, there aren't enough patients for us to practice on, and some subjects lack equipment, as in the case of laser, where I didn't take the class because there was no equipment, and I have a lot of practice due to lack of experience handling things like hair removal, pulsed light…”
Yasmin P. – Guaratuba//PR – Class 449
Hello, Yasmin! The model patients at the practical sessions are pre-booked at our Teaching Clinics. As students, you can also bring patients on practice day, boosting your clinical immersion learning.
