Hello Gertrudes S. M., we know the anxiety you and all your classmates feel about receiving the postgraduate certificate as soon as possible, and we are working so that it reaches you soon. The digital certificate you already requested through your portal and that was APPROVED can be used to start the process with your professional council (Brazilian professional council) and move your documentation forward. There is a period of 45 to 180 business days for your certificate, printed on special paper, to be sent, and as we know we are in the middle of a pandemic and not all print shops are working at 100% capacity. Rest assured that your Certificate will soon be in your hands, OK?

Hello Bianca S. C. S., we are strictly complying with the health regulations set by municipalities and states. In São José dos Campos/SP, because it is not our own unit but a campus, we hold our classes in third-party spaces, and so the Municipality together with the State must authorize this type of economic activity.
One of NEPUGA's great advantages is that you can do your clinical immersion at any available NEPUGA unit, as some classmates have been doing, also taking the chance to get to know our units and the cities available. We also hope that, with the ADVANCE of VACCINATION, we can open our campuses and thus hold classes without worry.

Addressing student complaints and demands
1) For reliability and speed, all requests are now made through online REQUESTS, directly in your Student Portal.
2) You can now demonstrate to your Professional Council and other institutions that you were certified at our higher education institution, through the link: https://nepuga.edu.br/validar-certificado
3) To request the Digital Postgraduate Certificate, go to your Student Portal and fill out the request:

4) You can still finish your Postgraduate Program through Digital Resources;
In accordance with Law No. 14,040/2020, regulated by CNE Resolution No. 02/2020, students may choose to take ONE or MORE in-person courses that have already taken place in virtual format according to the Calendar, WITHOUT doing the hands-on part, and thus complete the module.
5) Practically all TUTORIAL VIDEOS have been created to answer all questions about how to handle almost everything at our institution through digital means;

Nepuga unit operations and scheduling hands-on classes through the portal
Scheduling can now be done through your Student Portal, at the end of each course.
Attention! You can only access the scheduling form, as shown in the video, if you have 100% completed the course and passed the theory assessment!
We are strictly respecting the maximum capacity percentage allowed at each unit.
Remember: spots are limited!
