Hello, Dr. Camila. Booking for practical classes at the campuses is done during a set period, with a pre-scheduled date. We recommend that you keep an eye on our notices and on the calendar available in your portal; that way you can see as soon as booking opens for the campus you want and secure your spot before another classmate does. We have a maximum number of students allowed on Clinical Immersion day.

Hello, Dr. Brenda. The Student Portals and Study Portals have been continuously improved, always aiming to make student navigation easier and more intuitive. We're glad our technical support has promptly helped you most of the time.
All of your classmates who have the same difficulties as you generally find a definitive solution when they watch the Tutorial videos on YouTube. While most learn to find their way on their own, managing to solve more than 90% of everything directly in the Student Portal, right away and free of charge, a small share prefers VIP service from the Academic Registrar staff, which is paid and takes more than 5 business days.
As for class materials, within each course we do have supporting content available in your Study Portal.

Hello, Dr. Patrícia, we appreciate your feedback and recognition. The vast majority of your classmates adapted to the hybrid teaching model, since it allowed many professionals to study all the theory from the comfort of their homes, or wherever they needed to be, without giving up their shifts or being close to family; in other words, it was a huge gain for everyone.
The practical classes remain in person, as they always were. How much you get out of it is up to you. With focus and concentration, using the channels available to clear up your questions, such as taking part in the Zoom classes with the professor and in the forums. We are sure you will be able to get the most out of your postgraduate program, with determination and dedication.

Responding to student requests and demands
1. In July, the Technology and Information (IT) department continued developing the new student study portal, which is now in beta. The platform brings bug fixes, a new experience for students, and more dynamic and more secure navigation.
2. In July, Dr. Ana Carolina Puga brought together part of the faculty of the Postgraduate Program in Orofacial and Surgical Harmonization (HOF) at the Nepuga teaching clinic in São Paulo. The meeting produced some recordings of practical sessions during the get-together, along with plenty of knowledge-sharing and anticipation for the start of class 510 on August 20.
The specialization lasts 12 months, with a course load of 500 hours. The entire faculty of the program is made up of dental surgeons who are references in the Aesthetics market. To introduce the professors to the postgraduate students and provide an immersion into the world of HOF, since May Nepuga has held a series of lives with our specialist professors covering certain procedures within Orofacial Harmonization. All the talks are saved on our Instagram profile @nepugaposgraduacao for you to watch as many times as you like. And this Thursday (04), the last live will take place, on PRP and Plasma Gel. Don't miss it.

5. Students enrolled in the 200-hour Complete Ozone Therapy course will have a live class via Zoom on July 11 and 25, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
