“Well, the start of the postgraduate program was a bit turbulent, I believe for you too, since you were changing systems. But from the middle to the end I had no problems. You folks at WhatsApp were always helpful and polite. Just one suggestion for the Injectables II hands-on class: you could have 2 classes and remove one outpatient session, because in mine I didn't learn much due to the instructor's lack of time. As for the instructors, they were always wonderful and explained things with great dedication, and it's clear they have a lot of knowledge. Just one “criticism”: I didn't get my welcome kit when I did the practical classes. ????”

“My subjects still don't show as approved in my portal and I can't issue the micro-certificates, it shows as if it were scheduled… even though the subject has already been completed. I need the update to submit to my professional council (Brazilian professional council), could you please check?”

Hello, Naiana, there is a deadline for grades to be posted in your portal. You can issue the micro-certificates at the end of each subject, after it has been completed and the grade has been posted in the portal. If you have any questions, the Academic Office is available to help.

“I think you should have a phone system… A number we could call. I find ZAP (WhatsApp) too informal a channel for such a large institution… I find problem resolution there very slow… That was very bad for me.”

Hello, Soraya, we have a period of up to 120 days to issue your certificate, which you receive at home. However, it is possible to generate a statement of completion of your postgraduate program as soon as your final grades are entered in the portal.

Responding to student requests and demands
1. Starting on 02/25/2022, only the second module remains restricted. That module will be released 7 days after the assessment is released, or 7 days after enrollment in the course. To unlock the following modules, you must complete the activities of the previous module.
2. On March 5, the inaugural class of Class 493 of the Postgraduate Program in Ozone Therapy took place. At the end of the month, on March 30, the hands-on Ozone classes begin at all teaching clinics.
3. Keep an eye on the scheduling of hands-on classes at the Nepuga campuses. See the schedule already set for clinical immersion dates:
Vitória/ES: 02/04 to 13/04
Recife/PE: 30/04 to 11/05
Londrina/PR: 14/05 to 25/05
Belém/PA: 02/07 to 13/07
4. Scheduling is now open for hands-on classes of the PugaCode course. The São Paulo and Belo Horizonte units are already scheduled for the end of March. See the schedule below:

April 29 and 30 and May 1: Porto Alegre and Salvador
May 27, 28 and 29: São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro

5. For students of the Body Harmonization and High Performance MasterClass, the hands-on and in-person classes via Zoom also have their dates scheduled. See the calendar below, plan ahead and schedule your clinical immersion at the unit closest to you.
