Dr. Ana's presence was celebrated with great joy by those in attendance; after all, her career in aesthetic biomedicine establishes her as the most important professional in the field, and she is considered the mother of aesthetic biomedicine for her achievements on behalf of biomedical professionals in Brazil.
Many of the participants in the talk for Unifeb biomedicine graduates had the opportunity to learn about the Initial and Continuing Education Program, a project aimed exclusively at biomedicine students who want to get a head start on their postgraduate program in Aesthetic Biomedicine and take a step forward in their careers. The talk included a presentation of this opportunity and an immersion into Dr. Ana's personal and professional life.
A Large Audience at the Unifeb Biomedicine Graduates Talk
With the auditorium at full capacity, the mother of aesthetic biomedicine was able to talk about her career. She shared stories about her personal life, her academic life, and what her training in biomedicine was like, and recalled the setbacks over her years as a professional and how those experiences affect her life. It was a privilege for those present: professionals in training, professors, and practicing aesthetic biomedical professionals.
The talk is important for the moment these young people are in; after all, despite their interest in aesthetic biomedicine, choosing a career is a decisive factor for many young people.
A Meeting of Generations and Inspirations
Giving talks is also a great source of pride for Dr. Ana. Besides reliving important moments of her life, bringing meaningful content to future professionals is an opportunity to transform people's lives and make them feel capable of following the path of aesthetic biomedicine.
Dr. Ana's arrival at the institution received a warm welcome. UNIFEB students were eager for her presence and awaited the start of the presentation. Dr. Ana, who has always valued classroom experience, was grateful to find an auditorium with every available seat taken.
The graduates and others in attendance heard Dr. Ana's life story and learned a bit more about her personal side, her struggle, her dedication, and her achievements.
Dr. Ana traced a line through her entry into college, the start of her career as a biomedical professional, and the creation of Nepuga. She also talked about the process of winning the right for biomedical professionals to work in aesthetics as well, an important part of the history of Biomedicine.
Dr. Ana is an inspiration to many of those present, whether as a renowned aesthetic biomedical professional or as a successful businesswoman. Many look to her journey to achieve success in their own careers.
“Everything I've achieved I owe to Nepuga,” says a postgraduate
One of the attendees at the talk was also an aesthetic biomedical professional, Dienifer Bablini. Dienifer graduated in Biomedicine and soon took the postgraduate program at Nepuga. Being at the talk alongside Dr. Ana was a moment of great joy and memories for the professional.
“I did the postgraduate program at Nepuga, with Dr. Ana Carolina, and seeing her again was very important, because it made me relive everything I have been through in aesthetics. I am very grateful”.
Currently, Dienifer works as the RT (Technical Director) at a clinic in Barretos, and she says she owes a great deal to all the content and experience gained in the Nepuga postgraduate program
“Today I am the Technical Director of a clinic here in the city, and everything I have achieved I owe a great deal to Nepuga and to Dr. Ana. I only have good things to say. I am sure I only have growth ahead of me, and so does aesthetic biomedicine”.
At the end of nearly two hours of talk, the graduates had the chance to ask Dr. Ana questions. The experience of speaking to the future of aesthetic Biomedicine is of great importance to Dr. Ana, who works so that these professionals have more confidence and a promising path ahead.
Dr. Ana thanked everyone for the opportunity to take part in a major moment at the institution, the Second Academic Biomedicine Conference, and especially Prof. Dr. Renata Camacho Miziara (biomedicine coordinator), Prof. Dr. Simone Barone Salgado Marques, Prof. Me. Ferdinando de Paula Silva, and student Juan Diego Siqueira (President of the organizing committee of the UNIFEB biomedicine week).
