Divided into five categories, the winners were selected based on individual performance during the postgraduate program and were honored with the 2022 Academic Excellence Award
It is a fact that Nepuga has invested more and more in making its Studies portal an interactive environment of continuous learning for its students. Because of this, we are in full swing for the awards for the best students of 2022.
The virtual learning environment, which has been frequently improved, has become gamified. And this project, especially for the Pedagogical team, brought a lot of pride to the Institution.
Because in addition to the whole learning process in the field of Aesthetic Health, we are a higher education institution concerned with offering the best experience, in an immersive way, so that when students complete their specialization, they take away not only technical knowledge but also a complete experience and a blended learning experience, in person, with live and remote classes.
With the evolution of teaching and also of connection tools, Nepuga seeks to always stay alert to what can improve its students' experience even more. And that is what the gamification process came to bring.
Now, at the awards stage, we are ready to recognize those who shone the brightest in the 2022 academic year.
Besides the satisfaction of finishing the specialization and becoming an aesthetics professional, the best students will be honored with an award that values each one's performance and dedication throughout their academic journey.
The 2022 Excellence Award aims to publicly recognize the merit of specialists who stood out as inspiring examples of success, encouraging all students to pursue their goals and reach a high level of performance in their academic and postgraduate journeys.
This tribute took into account important criteria such as attendance, discipline and exceptional academic performance. Valuing each specialist's effort, dedication and commitment is meant to encourage these specialists to become ever more dedicated professionals and to seek excellence in their careers.
CATEGORIES AND GOALS
There were five categories in all, ranging from classroom performance to the specialists most engaged with aesthetic health. They are: Academic Highlight Specialization, High Performance Development, Digital Influencer #lideresdesucesso, Digital Influencer #pugafollowers and Journeys That Enchant.
In the Academic Highlight Specialization category, the goal is to recognize the best specialists in our main specializations, Aesthetic Biology, Aesthetic Biomedicine, Aesthetic Nursing, Aesthetic Pharmacy and Aesthetic Health, highlighting students who excelled in their academic efforts and contributed significantly to advancing knowledge in their respective fields.
In the Academic Highlight High Performance Development category, the focus is on recognizing specialists who went beyond the activities proposed during the postgraduate program and showed an insatiable curiosity and a tireless pursuit of challenges that expanded their skills.
The most engaged specialists were also remembered in the special category Digital Influencer #lideresdesucesso. These postgraduate students showed exceptional commitment to interacting, supporting and spreading knowledge related to our specializations and fields of practice.
Another special category is Digital Influencer #pugafollowers, which rewards the specialists most engaged on Dr. Ana Carolina Puga's official Instagram, following and actively participating in the content she shares along her professional journey.
Closing out the awards, the Journeys That Enchant category rewards specialists whose journeys inspire in the aesthetic health career, recognizing their Success Stories and remarkable paths.
STANDOUT SPECIALISTS IN 2022
The 2022 standouts who will receive the Academic Excellence Award are:
Academic Highlight Specialization
In Aesthetic Biology: Guilherme Telles Cristo Moreira, from Jacareí, was in first place. Bárbara Michele Costa Ferreira of Niterói, RJ, took second place and Fernanda Costa da Cruz, also from Rio de Janeiro, RJ, took third.
In the Aesthetic Biomedicine specialization we had a one-two from Rio Grande do Sul, with Andrei Marlon Ambrosini Bigolin of Capão da Canoa winning first place and Paula Carolina Jeziorski Sopena of Pelotas, second. The two are joined by Jusley Lira Sousa, of Cajamar, SP, who won third place.
In Aesthetic Nursing, Luan Brenner da Costa of Ribeirão Preto, SP, was the top standout and took first place. Fabiane Magalhaes Santos, of Belo Horizonte, MG, was second and Livia Bueno Galetto Selani, also of Ribeirão Preto, SP, third.
In the Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic Pharmacy, Aline Brum, of Carangola, MG, won first place. Mariana de Freitas, of São José do Rio Preto, SP, was second and Cintia de Mattia, of Araranguá, SC, rounded out the podium in third.
Closing out the awards by specialty, Lorraine, in Aesthetic Health, Carolyne of Brasilia, DF, took first position. Emeli Bail of São José dos Pinhais, PR was second and third was Andréa Silva, of Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
