More of Students’ Most Recurring Complaints and Nepuga’s Responses
Message from Dr. Jussara F., from Caxias do Sul (RS) – Class 508
“I’m enjoying it; one negative thing I think is that the exams without the practice test are bad, it reduces the questions, but the chance of a grade above 7.0 is harder to reach“
Team Collab Response
Hello, Dr. Jussara, how are you? These contributions about the practice test, in addition to the exam, are very welcome. The vast majority of your classmates haven’t expressed this wish, but rest assured we will take your comment to the academic coordination so they can look at the feasibility.
Message from Dr. Natália A. R., from Valinhos (SP) – Class 477
“I did like the course. Great online professors. In the hands-on classes it would be good if we had more model patients”.
Team Collab Response
“Hello, Dr. Natália, we’re happy to know you’ve been enjoying the course and that we’re making a difference in your professional life. What the vast majority of your classmates do is bring their own model patients to their hands-on sessions. Since the dates are available on the portal in advance so you can plan ahead, you can schedule your model patients on those days. Only toxin and filler have a material cost for these patients. Your classmates take great advantage of this opportunity, since it’s a way for them to feel how they will see their first clients.
If you have no idea who to bring, start by bringing an aunt, your mom, a sister, a close friend who supports you and wants to have an aesthetic procedure. Our students are also responsible for the existence of model patients in the hands-on sessions. Since our focus is teaching, this is one of the main ways to ensure you will have your patient available and won’t have to share them with your classmates.
Message from Dr. Thais S. M., from Praia Grande (SC) – Class 474
“Your service has improved a lot. As for the course, the injectables hands-on session two left a lot to be desired. How are we going to learn something if we just watch? Thank you for your help”.
Team Collab Response
Hello, Dr. Thais, how are you? We’re glad for the recognition. Regarding injectables hands-on session 2, it’s not common for students not to get hands-on. We will try to understand what happened with your session, since what most of our students report is the confidence of leaving ready to practice, precisely because of the clinical immersion opportunity.

Meeting Student Demands
1 – The New Student Portal
In October, the student portal was redesigned. The new structure was designed around User Experience, ensuring faster responses, more security and high performance. On the inside, the main changes were to class scheduling, certificates and job openings. See all the changes that were made.
2 – HOF Clinical Immersions in SP
The dental surgeons enrolled in the HOF course (Orofacial and Surgical Harmonization) had their clinical immersions at the Educational Institution in Tatuapé, São Paulo (SP). The course coordinator, Diogo Branco and faculty member Cynthia Heckert Brito were present. See how the HOF clinical immersion days went.

3 – Nepuga/Fapuga Visits RD Summit
RD Summit is the largest Marketing and Sales event in Latin America!
At the end of October, on the 26th, 27th and 28th, the Marketing, Sales, Academic Registrar and Information Technology teams took part in the largest MKT and sales event in Latin America, RD Summit, organized by RD Station.
There were more than 130 talks over these 3 days, which brought many valuable insights on practices across different fronts, designed to improve the user experience.
The sales team got to see the latest frameworks for Inside Salles, and the MKT team could take advantage of tools, mechanisms and concepts that are in the hype of next year’s Digital MKT universe.
IT and Academic teams delved into the world of gamification, which could improve the experience of users of our learning platform.

Success Stories in Aesthetics
There is a category on the site where we share many success stories of students who took Nepuga courses and managed to reach several goals. For example, a more flexible work routine, better salaries, more free time for family and so on. Below, check out the success stories we published in October.
You can read all the details of each of these stories here. We even tell the story of an aesthetic nurse who managed to increase her clinic’s revenue by 1,000% after specialization. It’s inspiring!
Thank you for your attention.
