Here are the students’ most recurring complaints and Nepuga’s responses
Message from Dr. Alessandra L. d. R. V., from Jaraguá do Sul (SC) – Class 465
“I think the program falls short on content, service sometimes takes a little while, but at the beginning it was worse, I think it has improved over the last few months.”
Team Collab Response
Hello, Dr. Alessandra, we were surprised by this comment about the content of our postgraduate program. We don’t get this kind of complaint from your classmates, because our content is a reference for all other educational institutions in the field of Aesthetic Health, since we were pioneers in this field thanks to the hard work of Dr. Ana Carolina Puga. As for our service, indeed, many students have also noticed that changes have occurred, and for the better, since today the wait time is as short as possible for an educational institution.
Message from Dr. Myrelly G.C., from Diadema (SP) – Class 472
“I felt improvements already toward the end of my classes, a change of professors, more attentive, more effective communication, which at the start of the course left something to be desired; I was a little sad that I couldn’t make the most of it for a bit longer.”
Team Collab Response
Hello, Dr. Myrelly, thank you for your feedback. It is normal for there to be improvement in any area of our lives, especially within a Higher Education Institution, where we deal daily with human beings, with the process of learning and personal and professional development, so we are always looking to redraw our routes as we fly together toward your professional success. We are sure you can still take great advantage of everything we have to offer, such as our hands-on courses or even a second postgraduate program. Keep investing in yourself! We are here for you.
Message from Dr. Thais C. A., from Belo Horizonte (MG) – Class 461
“That WhatsApp service has improved a lot.”
Team Collab Response
Hello, Dr. Thais, how are you? We are grateful and happy for the compliment. We know our student service channel went through profound changes so that you could be helped whenever you need it.
Below you can check the course satisfaction survey for the months of July through September.
SATISFACTION SURVEY | JULY–SEPTEMBER 2022
Above, analyzing figures 01, 02, 03, and 04, covering the first 4 courses (module 01) of the students surveyed along the journey of their respective postgraduate program, a predominantly positive evaluation was observed, with most reporting being satisfied (ranging from 91% to 96%). In the first half of 2022, we had an average satisfaction ranging from 90% to 94%; it is noted that over time the ratings have been gradually rising.
Looking at figures 05, 06, 07, and 08, covering courses 5 through 8 (module 02) of the students surveyed along the journey of their respective postgraduate program, a predominantly positive evaluation was also observed, with most reporting being satisfied (ranging from 90% to 93%). In the set of module 02 courses, we maintained positive ratings: in the 1st quarter the rating ranged from 87% to 94%, in the 2nd quarter we had 88% to 95%, and in this new sample for the 3rd quarter, 90% to 93%.
Considering figures 09, 10, 11, and 12, covering courses 9 through 12 (module 03) of the students surveyed along the journey of their respective postgraduate program, once again a predominantly positive evaluation was observed, with most reporting being satisfied (ranging from 92% to 94%). Student satisfaction with module 03 remained high in this 3rd quarter sample.
Concluding the analyses, figures 13, 14, and 15, covering courses 13 through 15 (module 04), show that students surveyed at the end of their respective postgraduate program still give a predominantly positive evaluation, with most reporting being satisfied (ranging from 90% to 91%). The set of module 04 courses in this new sample was the one with the greatest positive variation in satisfaction.
Responding to Student Demands
1. This September, the Student Portal was improved with updates to the Home layout and academic highlights, making navigation more organized and easier for students to access.
2. We also began testing the beta version of the new scheduling system for hands-on classes.
3. In September, students at the Ribeirão Preto campus once again took part in the clinical immersion. There were 12 intense days of lots of practice, learning, networking, and extremely enriching experiences for those who want to start a business in aesthetics.
Dr. Ana Carolina Puga was once again present at the Sunday classes, in the Injectables II course, for plenty of knowledge exchange with students and sharing all her valuable tips on botulinum toxin and fillers.
4. In addition, on September 19 and 20, OH (Orofacial Harmonization) students also took an advanced hands-on course in Temporal Lifting, where they learned from Professor Camila Branco about the indications and application of the lifting.
The students left the course delighted, ready to put into practice in their offices what they learned in class.

Success Stories in Aesthetics
There is a category on the site where we tell several success stories of students who took Nepuga courses and managed to reach various goals. For example, a more flexible work routine, better salaries, more free time for family, and so on.
Below, check out the success stories we published in September.
You can read all the details of each of these stories here. We even told the story of an aesthetic biomedical professional who became a reference in Europe by taking her specialty to Dublin, Ireland. It’s inspiring!
Thank you for your attention.
