Students' most common complaints and Nepuga's answers

Message from Dr. Cristiane A. C., from Brasília (DF) – Class 445

“I think they should have a phone system… A number we can call. I find WhatsApp a very informal channel for such a large institution. I think problems take a very long time to be resolved there. For me that was really bad”.

Team Collab's Reply

Hello, Cristiane, thank you for your feedback. We would like to let you know that creating a WhatsApp support channel had a very positive impact on the vast majority of your classmates. After all, who likes waiting in a Call Center queue? First-come, first-served support through WhatsApp lets you reach support even when you are at work and unable to answer or use your phone for a call.

In addition, we have formal channels such as email, requests, and tutorials on questions about your student portal. You also have access to the Zoom classes, once a month, where you can use the professor's time to answer your questions; in other words, we work so that our students can resolve many lower-complexity issues on their own, without needing specific assistance, and we still offer support via WhatsApp.

Message from Dr. Erika M. D. A., from Piracicaba (SP) – Class 449

“I know part of that delay was mine because of my job, but the school could improve this, because everyone who asks me, I say I recommend it if the person is not in a hurry, since I know many people who started after me and have already finished the postgraduate program“.

Team Collab's Reply

Hello, Dr. Erika, how are you? As you know, each class in progress has a study schedule. So it is important to keep an eye on deadlines and dates for exams and hands-on classes. Just as your friends have already finished, you will certainly be able to complete your pending academic requirements and earn your specialist title. One piece of advice we can offer is to never put your dream of specializing in aesthetics on the back burner; that way you will always keep your specialization in view as your main source of work and income.

Message from Dr. Karla F. G. B., from Mococa (SP) – Class 489

“I am loving it!! The course is great! I am learning so much!! The hands-on classes are excellent. I would like to praise Prof. Fran from Campinas, she is wonderful, she teaches with patience and a lot of wisdom. The positive is that the program has excellent professors! The negative is the difficulty scheduling the Pugacode Facial Harmonization hands-on class. I could only get the last week of May, and only on Fridays, so I will have to miss work.”

Team Collab's Reply

Hello, Dr. Karla, we are very happy with your feedback about the hands-on classes and the preceptors. We have an immense number of students at our institution and we do our best to offer flexible, workable dates for all of you. Even though you said your clinical immersion will be in May, we know you will leave it confident and ready to practice.

4 – We share 3 stories of people over 40 who managed to change their lives through aesthetics

This month, one of the news stories that most shocked the country was about a first-year biomedicine student who was harassed because of her age. We wrote an article to remind everyone that aesthetics is for everyone, regardless of age. Read the stories.

Success Stories in Aesthetics

There is a category on the site where we share many success stories of students who took Nepuga courses and reached their goals. For example, a more flexible work routine, better salaries, and more free time for family. Below, check out the success story we published in February.

You can read all the details of each of these stories here.

This month's highlights are about people who saw that a biomedical professional's routine can be less intense and draining through aesthetics. One of the professionals says, “I stopped caring for diseases and started caring for health”.

Thank you for your attention.
