Ana Paula, it's important to clarify that all the changes or updates we make are announced to students through our official communication channels, including changes to our support phone numbers.

That's why we recommend that you always check your emails and the announcements saved in the Student Portal to stay up to date.

“I believe there should be more support staff so they can respond to students' questions.

As for the diploma, everyone wants it as soon as possible so they can start working. I know the student demand is high, which is why I stress the importance of having more support staff. I've always gotten answers to my questions, but  the delay in responding causes dissatisfaction.”

Maristela, we understand your eagerness to start working, but the process of issuing Certificates | Nepuga is meticulous to ensure their accuracy, since it is an official document validated by Brazil's MEC (Ministry of Education) and required by the professional council.

To give you an idea of how long this issuance and delivery takes, the deadline set by the MEC is up to 180 days, but here at Nepuga, we manage to finish it WITHIN 45 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE REQUEST. Therefore, we will keep following the deadline set out in our Regulations of the NEPUGA Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program with Faculdade Ana Carolina Puga – FAPUGA.

Know that you don't need to wait for the certificate to start working. Many of your classmates are already working as interns or under technical supervision. The certificate is important to assume Technical Responsibility, but while you wait, you can work under the guidance of a qualified professional.

As for support, we offer two options: you can check the Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ | Nepuga, where you'll find guidance quickly and easily; or contact us via WhatsApp, where support is handled in the order messages arrive. Therefore, sending numerous messages or seeking help through different channels will not speed things up. On the contrary, it may send you back to the end of the line.
