Students' most frequent complaints and Nepuga's responses

Message from 01/11/2024, from Karina M. Class 500, Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic Pharmacy, Papanduva – SC

“I would like to say that you could offer more affordable prices. I live far from the campuses where the hands-on classes are held, I work at a commercial pharmacy as an employee, and I can't leave whenever I want. That is exactly why I decided to do the postgraduate program, which instead of helping got in my way, charging me an absurd amount because the deadline for the hands-on classes had passed. I even think it's fair to charge something, but not 1280.00 reais to attend one class, which is what I was missing. I would definitely recommend Nepuga much more if that amount weren't so high and the service weren't so slow”.

Karina, we recognize your good academic record, but unfortunately this amount covers the fees for the request to retake a course the student did not pass.

We completely understand that balancing your professional responsibilities with your academic commitments can be challenging, especially when it comes to attending in-person activities in distant locations.

If you need help reconciling your professional and academic routines, please know that the Psychopedagogical Support Center – NAP | Faculdade Fapuga | East Zone of São Paulo is available to assist you. You can schedule an appointment in the Study Portal to discuss specific strategies that may help you.

As for our service, it is provided via WhatsApp, following the order in which messages are received. To avoid delays in our reply, we recommend that you avoid sending multiple messages or opening tickets on different channels.

Message from 01/31/2024, from Gislene M. C. S. Class 608, Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic Pharmacy with an Emphasis on Facial and Body Harmonization, Osasco – SP

I gave a rating of 5 because of the response time. I know there are many students and many questions to answer, but I believe the wait time to get a reply could be shorter; it is a bit discouraging.

Another thing was the difficulty scheduling the hands-on immersion: I had finished the exam and could not book it because of an error in the system (website). By the time I managed to reach support and get a solution, there was no longer a spot for the date I wanted, and I ended up having to book exactly on the day of the online class, because after that date there would only be a spot in March, which in my view would be too long, and a lot of content could pile up.

A suggestion that might help would be a channel with answers to the most frequently asked questions; perhaps that would reduce the number of tickets opened.

I also think it would be important to have an online session with someone from the registrar's office just to answer questions, for students starting the postgraduate program, because the way it was done on the day of the first class did not work: it ended up cutting into class time and we did not get all our questions answered.”

As for the Zoom class you were unable to attend, don't worry. All classes are recorded and made available in the Study Portal. You can watch the recording whenever you like without missing any content. Just go to the corresponding course and click “Recorded Class.”

As for our service, it is provided via WhatsApp, following the order in which messages arrive. Therefore, avoid sending multiple messages or opening tickets on different channels, as that may delay our reply even further.

Regarding the suggestion of having a “channel with answers to the most frequently asked questions,” know that we already provide this to our students. Just visit the Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ | Nepuga on our website, where you will find guidance more quickly.

As for the idea of offering “an online session with someone from the registrar's office just to answer questions”, know that we already offer this opportunity to everyone who starts a postgraduate program with us. This orientation to the Student Portal and the Study Portal is held live via Zoom. The dates and times of these sessions are communicated by email and notices in the Student Portal, our official communication channels.

We are at your disposal to help you with whatever you need.
