Students' most recurring complaints and Nepuga's responses
Message dated 12/06/2023, from Isadora C. D. Class 542, Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic Biomedicine, Monte Aprazivel – SP
“Nepuga does not fulfill its institutional duties as stated in the contract, a complete mess, disorganization, lack of planning and lack of respect for students. But when it comes to payment and closing a class, that's when they show efficiency. Complete disappointment.”

Isadora, we received your feedback and would like to discuss a few important points with you.
To begin with, it is important to stress that vague and disparaging comments like yours do not reflect the opinion of most of your classmates. Each person has their own experience, and that individual perspective does not always match the overall reality.
You mentioned that our institution seems disorganized, unplanned and disrespectful, but that contradicts reality. If that were so, we would hardly be accredited by Brazil's MEC (Ministry of Education) and in such demand among professionals seeking specialization in Aesthetic Health.
If you are not satisfied with our services, perhaps it is a good idea to consider other options that better meet your expectations.
Speaking of rules, we are following ours as an institution, but are you following yours as a student? It is important that all students follow the Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Rules for Nepuga/FAPUGA Students to maintain an environment of respect and learning.
It is also important to keep in mind that unfounded accusations made in the heat of the moment can have serious consequences. In the future, we suggest that you reflect before acting.
In addition, speaking ill of our institution can harm not only our image but also your professional credibility in the future, since you are disparaging the institution that appears on your résumé.
Finally, we suggest that you channel your energy into something positive, using the knowledge and skills you gained with us to boost your career, following the example of many of your classmates who have already achieved success in their fields.

“In the in-person hands-on classes, I saw many students contaminating needles, gloves, for example. Students go to the practice without enough theoretical preparation.
One instructor per class for almost 30 students is too few, because there is no way to handle everything, especially watching the details to avoid contaminating supplies.”

Patrícia, as a health professional, it is important to keep in mind that any material loses its sterility after use. Our goal here is to teach students the proper handling techniques, so it is unrealistic to expect them to remain sterile after being used. Do you agree?
In any learning environment, it is everyone's responsibility to participate actively and report any problems that may arise. This fosters a more collaborative and effective learning environment.
In addition to technical knowledge, successful professionals also develop soft skills to boost their careers, such as communication, leadership and problem-solving. The ability to work in a team and step in constructively is essential in any professional context.
As for the distribution of instructors per student, that is the institution's responsibility, which sets internal criteria for it. The student's role is to follow the Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Rules for Nepuga/FAPUGA Students, ensuring an environment of respect and learning.
Throughout your academic and professional path, it is important to keep in mind that collaboration and communication are essential elements for ensuring everyone's success.
