The most common student complaints and Nepuga's responses

Message from 11/16/2023, from Ingrid A. C., Class 500, Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic Biomedicine, Canoas – RS

“The delay in delivering documents at this institution is absurd. Irresponsible, incompetent. It is an absurd lack of respect toward students who have already paid for the entire course and completed everything, and yet we are still left hanging because of you.”

Team Collab Response

Hello, Ingrid! Let us clarify some important points so that everything is clear.

First, we want to emphasize that we strictly follow our deadlines and fulfill our responsibilities, as established in the Regulations of the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program of NEPUGA with the Ana Carolina Puga Faculty – FAPUGA.

In addition, it is important to point out that your conduct is not in line with the Student Body Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Rules of Nepuga/FAPUGA. As a Nepuga student, it is essential that you fulfill your duties as a member of the academic community. Unfounded accusations made in the heat of the moment can have serious consequences, so we suggest that, in the future, you think carefully about your actions.

Regarding the certificate, the issuance and delivery period is up to 45 business days after the request. If you would like to verify the information, it is available on our website at the links: Nepuga Postgraduate Certificate – How Long Does It Take to Be Issued? and Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ | Nepuga.

As recorded in our system, you made the request on 07/18/2023 at 10:47 a.m., and the certificate was delivered on 09/18/2023 at 9:02 a.m., as scheduled, once again showing that we fulfill our duties.

Please understand that by speaking ill of our institution, you not only disrespect us but also harm your own future professional opportunities. This attitude does not only affect our reputation; it also undermines the credibility of more than 50,000 renowned professionals who graduated with us. How can you expect collaborations and contacts within our academic community when there is criticism of the institution that contributed to your education and appears on your résumé?

Now is the time to focus on how to use the knowledge and skills you gained with us to boost your career, just as many of your classmates did to achieve success in their fields.

Message from 11/23/2023, from Gabriela O. M. M., Class 590, Postgraduate Program in Quantum Naturopathy, São Paulo – SP

“It is absurd that you do not respond to students. There is no phone number to ask questions, no direct contact with the registrar's office or finance. I am trying to cancel my enrollment because bank slips (boletos) have already been issued and nobody answers me. I have been trying to contact the institution for FOUR months and nobody has the ability or competence to solve something simple. Completely absurd for such a well-known institution. I no longer recommend it to anyone!”

Team Collab Response

Gabriela, our support is provided via WhatsApp, in the order messages arrive. Sending multiple messages or opening requests on different channels can delay the response even further. Now, if you have an urgent matter, just go to the Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ | Nepuga on our website. There you will find the guidance you need more quickly.

But since you are showing that you truly want to cancel your enrollment, we will help speed up the process even more. Just send an email to [email protected] requesting the cancellation and wait for a reply from the responsible department, which will continue to assist you.

You can check the Satisfaction Survey for the subjects covering July through September 2022 in the October Newsletter.
