Students' most recurring complaints and Nepuga's answers

Message from April 23, 2024, from Cristina D. D. B. Class 560,  Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic Pharmacy, Caxias Do Sul – RS

“Unfortunately they don't deliver what they promise. I was told my course completion statement would be released yesterday, April 22, 2024, but so far nothing. Also, in support, the agents start the conversation and never come back with the solution!”

Team Collab Response

We understand your anxiety, Cristina. However, the deadlines set by the institution (IES, a Brazilian higher education institution) exist to ensure all students are treated equally, and therefore must be respected.

According to the system records, the request was made on April 9, 2024, at 10:26 a.m. The deadline for issuing and delivering the Course Completion Statement is up to 15 days after the request. Fortunately, the document was made available in the Student Portal on April 23, 2024, at 9:27 a.m., within the deadline.

We acknowledge that there was a communication failure on the part of the agent regarding the review time for the request, and we apologize for that.

As for support, due to high demand, it is handled in the order messages arrive. So if you have not yet been helped, we ask for your understanding and patience, because just like you, other students are also waiting for a reply.

Message from April 29, 2024, from Ângela C. B. Class 546,  Postgraduate Program in Aesthetic Biology, Macaé – RJ

“I think a support channel should never take as long as this one does to answer us, since with the delay it can be anything but support. Another point is that Nepuga should have a contact number for support, and not the way it is now where we don't know which number will answer us. That is disrespectful.”

Team Collab Response

Ângela, if you need a quick and accessible answer, we suggest you check the Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ | Nepuga on our website. If you need more guidance, you can contact us on WhatsApp.

Due to high demand, we are answering messages in the order they arrive. So sending multiple notifications or trying to reach us through different channels does not speed up the process and may increase the wait time.

So if you have not yet been helped, we ask for your understanding and patience, because just like you, other students are also waiting for assistance.

You can check the 2023 Satisfaction Survey on the evaluation of different courses and stages in the January Newsletter.
