Jaqueline, first of all, it is important to point out that your current stance is not in compliance with the Student Code of Conduct and Discipline of Nepuga/FAPUGA. This shows that you are not meeting your obligations as a member of our academic community, which represents a serious failing on your part.

If there had been any bug or error in the system, our team would have identified and fixed the problem promptly. Furthermore, it is important to note that we would not have charged for the failing grade if that were the case.

Understand that your postgraduate program at Nepuga should be a source of pride on your resume, not a reason for criticism. You have at your disposal a privileged path to success in the field of aesthetics. Do not underestimate the value of this opportunity.

By denigrating the institution's image, you are undermining not only your future credibility, but also wasting a resource that few people have access to. Learn to recognize the positive impact this specialization can have on your career. After all, it is no coincidence that we have already trained more than 55 thousand outstanding professionals in the field of aesthetics.

“Unfortunately I am disappointed with the institution; I recommended it to several friends who are studying at Nepuga today because of me.

I need my 120 complementary hours report approved as soon as possible because I can't open my clinic without the proof to register with my professional council.”

Cristina, we understand your frustration, but is it related to the institution itself or to the fact that your request was not granted? According to the deadlines set by the institution, the Evaluation Board reviews and posts grades on the Student Portal within up to 60 days after the Complementary Practical Activities are submitted.

For example, suppose you submitted your 120 hours of Complementary Practical Activities on 02/25/2024. Your classmate, on the other hand, submitted the hours a month later, on 03/25/2024. Both want to open their own clinics and need the grade posted in order to request the course completion certificate. Without that document, neither of you can move forward with the professional licensing process with your respective councils.

Now, imagine that your classmate, so as not to delay plans to open a clinic, contacts us asking us to speed up the posting of their grade. Given that situation and considering their record, we decide to grant the request.

The question left for reflection is: was that attitude fair and correct on the part of both the institution and the student who benefited? That is why we strictly follow the deadlines set by the institution (IES), ensuring impartiality and respect for all students.

Our goal is to prepare you for the challenges of the job market, providing the tools and support needed for your professional success. We know we have done our part when we see that you are ready to overcome the obstacles ahead. We are proud of your growth and confident in your ability to face this new phase successfully.
