Here are students' most recurring complaints and Nepuga's responses

Message from Dr. Nathalia A. B., from São Paulo (SP) – Class 493

“I'd just like to suggest opening new practical sessions. There are few spots and I never find the date I need.“

Team Collab Response

Hello Nathalia. Our Teaching Clinics have an open schedule for hands-on classes all year round. And student flow is different in each region. I'd also like to remind you that you don't have to be restricted to the unit closest to you to complete your Clinical Immersion. What many of our students do is take advantage of the desire to visit a particular state, to travel, and schedule their Immersion at that city's unit. I'm sure this enriches your classmates' specialization even more, since they get to see how the aesthetics market works in other states besides their own. Take advantage of our geographic freedom to get the most out of your postgraduate program.

Message from Dr. Thais C. N., from Sorocaba (SP) – Class 476

“I did like the service, it has improved a lot in recent times, but I think there is much more to improve in the online courses and especially in the practical sessions. The most important class, which is Injectables II, is very vague and we don't practice on models. We only see the theory. And the training is on a mannequin and we practice on a transparent sheet, and that has to change”.

Team Collab Response

“Hello Dr. Thais, how are you? Thank you for your feedback on our service. Regarding the online courses, please know that it is our routine to update the materials from time to time, as we see the need to include new information. As for the lack of practice in the Injectables II course, that is not what the great majority of students tell us. The Clinical Immersion takes place with real patients. Please know that the Institution allows you to bring your own patients for treatment on that day, simply by booking appointments at the Teaching Clinics. We are sorry that your experience was not the same as your classmates'. They have always told us that they leave feeling quite confident to perform the procedures on their own patients.

Message from Dr. Carolina N. C., from Porto Alegre (RS) – Class 520

“I'm disappointed with the course, mainly about the assessment. I took the practice test, got the score, but couldn't see which answers I got right or wrong”.

Team Collab Response

Hello, Dr. Carolina, how are you? We are very surprised by your report of disappointment with the course for not knowing what you got right or wrong on your exam. The great majority of students are concerned with absorbing the content delivered by the faculty and with the Clinical Immersion that will give them confidence and autonomy to be able to change their professional lives. Your classmates stress their desire to improve their patients' self-esteem and are hungry for every insider trick to set up and grow an Aesthetics Clinic during the 11 months of the postgraduate program.

You can check the Satisfaction Survey for the courses from July to September 2022 in the October Newsletter.

Responding to student demands

1 – The new Clinical Immersion scheduling system

In November, Nepuga updated its clinical immersion scheduling system. In the update, the buttons for canceling practical sessions at the units were changed to be more intuitive. Check out all the details of this change.

2 – Nepuga's units in World Cup spirit

The soccer World Cup is a sporting event that moves every area. That's why Nepuga's service units got ready to cheer along with health professionals, with little flags, yellow and green balloons, and other accessories showing support for Brazil.

Hands-on Class Scheduling

Keep an eye on the hands-on class scheduling at the Nepuga campuses. Soon we will have the schedule of dates for next year's clinical immersions set.

Success Stories in Aesthetics

There is a category on the site where we tell many success stories of students who took Nepuga's courses and managed to reach various goals. For example, a more flexible work routine, better salaries, more free time for family, and so on. Below, check out the success stories we published in November.

You can read all the details of each of these stories here. We even tell the story of an aesthetic pharmacist who quit her job as a supervisor at a multinational and today bills 10X more! It's inspiring!

Thank you for your attention.

While you're still thinking about it, people with fewer qualifications but more courage are already doing it.
