The most common student complaints and Nepuga's responses

Message from Marilene D. d. A., from Porto Alegre (RS) – Class 479

“I believe the hands-on classes could make better use of the time. The Porto Alegre campus could have a friendlier, less rude receptionist. As for support, so far the person who gave me an effective response was our team member Pamela Nunes.”

Team Collab Response

Hello, Marilene. Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the Porto Alegre receptionist, we will take the appropriate steps with the employee in question. We believe students should always be treated well, with courtesy and politeness. We are glad to know that Pâmela was able to answer all of your questions

Message from Dr. Sandra H. S., from Rio Claro (SP) – Class 482

“Points I believe should be reviewed for improvement: responses via WhatsApp (the slow reply, since this communication channel was meant to help) and documents that the institution takes a long time to evaluate (more than a month)”.

Team Collab Response

Hello, Sandra, we are very happy that you recognize that our response time on WhatsApp has improved. We have worked hard to respond within a set timeframe for students. Regarding the delay in evaluating the requested documents, please note that the one-month timeframe is also a protocol defined by the institution, since we evaluate hundreds of students every month.

You can check the Satisfaction Survey for the subjects covering July through September 2022 in the October Newsletter.

While you're still thinking about it, people with fewer qualifications but more courage are already doing it.
